Charles Spurgeon was once asked, “What makes your church so successful?"
His response was, “It starts in the furnace.”
It was in the furnace room, in the basement where a group of people sat praying for the church service and the pastor.
For a church to grow, to stay spiritually healthy, and to see men and women grow in the Lord, it starts with prayer. Prayer is the ingredient that God desires to use to impact His Kingdom and we want to be a church built on prayer.
